No, nothing else can compare. NOTHING ELSE CAN COMPARE.
The Rolling stones, the Who, and Queen are like sitting at the Beatle's feet licking at Paul McCartney's toes.
And those guys are GUD!

Wow exception chose really good songs, as for air im glad you included Iron Maiden but why Run to The Hills ? songs kinda ... overused? Hallowed Be Thy Name is the greatest song in metal history tbh I just put it cuz is my favorite Iron Maiden song. But i also like The number of the beast, The Trooper, can i play with madness?, Hallowed by the name, phantom of the opera and wasted years. [SQ] Alc: Beatles were a great band, but Queens is 3x better than them. pls, if you gonna say something about rock, don't say shit about one of the best band on the world. Thanks. EXTRA:

To be honest, the beatles arn't even that impressive, its just at the time they came out, there had been nothing like them they were new and exciting. It was like Black Sabbath with metal no one had heard a guitar in Drop D tuning with a singer singing of hell and death.
Queen is alright freddy mercury was a great vocalist, The who were amazing put on great shows, they were pretty fucked up though, Rolling stones lol... Keith Richards shouldnt even be alive he got tiger blood like charlie sheen
The greatest band ever hands down is Led Zeppelin, not the beatles, sure the beatles introduced it, but Zeppelin mastered it, What songs can compare to Stairway to Heaven, Black Dog, Heartbreaker, Dazed and Confused, Whole lotta love, Kashmir, Immigrant song, and so many more. Only Beatles songs that compare are let it be, hey jude, and..... revolution.
Also @hollow this is intelligent discussion board non of your Rebbecca black bull shit please
Oh and also, Guns N' Roses probably would have been one of the greatest bands of all time with a singer like axel rose and a guitarist like slash, if only Axel could stay sober for more then a day....

Bmac speaks the truth.
Beatles were amazing, but Zeppelin was epic.
Honestly I'm not a fan, but you really can't discount the roaring wave of popularity that Michael Jackson's music had before he got caught fucking 10 year olds.
Elvis Presley was just as revolutionary as the beatles, and is famous for the same reason. Not a huge fan but I respect.
GnR duh.
Metallica.
Bob Dylan. Now THAT'S timeless music. I like Dylan more than the Beatles. True story.
Chuck Berry. Those riffs are crazy.
Hendrix ofc.
Clapton. Layla Unplugged is my favorite thing to play ever. Those Dm Bb, C, Dm chord progression is permanently ingrained in my mind. Bruce Springsteen. I'm a jersey boy and I love my springsteen.
Nirvana gets a tip of the hat.
Aerosmith A Little South of Sanity is my favorite album.
Classic rock is great but there's a lot more out there in this wide world.
Listen to some of the non-overplayed radio Red Hot Chili Peppers stuff. Amazing. Like Dani California was good and all but Under the Bridge rapes it. And Slow Cheetah > Snow. Although it's close.
I love Alicia Keyes. Some of her stuff just gets me. Check out Empire State of Mind Part 2. You might have thought the original with Jay-Z is good, but this one gives me chills.
Eminem continually drops incredible verses on mediocore songs.
Gorillaz- Feel Good Inc. is arguably one of the best songs of the past 30 years.
U2- One... or ummm Beautiful Day literally make me cry. And Vertigo is a great get-pumped song.
50 Cent- In da Club was my childhood. Literally best song for about 3 years straight. Epitomizes everything I hate about rap, but 50 does an incredible job. Unfortunately people have tried to emulate him and it has ruined the industry.
Coldplay- Clocks is tied as my favorite song of all time. There other stuff is good too.
Nickelback- How you Remind me: so powerful, tied with Clocks as my favorite.
Kanye West- Gold Digger. Yeah. It was good. Deal with it.
Maroon 5- soooo many solid songs. Nothing that REALLY sticks out for me, but when you've got a collection with everything from "Makes me Wonder" to "She will be loved", you've got it.
Holy shit Rihanna can sing.
SANTANA!! All the feel of latin rock that has really had a huge birth in the US the past decade. Smooth, and his song with Steven Tyler Just Feel Better are my two favorites.
Matchbox 20 is good shit.
All I got for now.
