Wrong. You can't fit all the humanity in Texas. Global population: 6.835 millions of people. Texas Area: 268,581 km2 6.835 millons/268.581 Km2 (is 537.162 Km)= 32,150,449 Peoples per Km2. 1 Km= 1000 Meters 32,150,449 people per Kilometer/1000 meter= 32,150.449. In just one Meter you have to put 32.150 people. Impossible I knew one of you kids would do the math, and after you did, I will reply. Figure of speech brochacho, point is the world isn't overpopulated. I read somewhere that in like 2015 (paraphrased, don't go all statistic on me) if the population goes on the same rate every person could have 1.5 acres all to themself. Now, think about how many thousands of people live in an acre in NYC. Yea brochacho, world isn't overpopulated. If anything we are under populated. China's population in forty years will be like half what it is today, considering the birthrate. All those jobs, that can't be filled.

In just one Meter you have to put 32.150 people. Impossible Does Km2 stand for squared...? No lol, it was my mistake, i didn't erase 537.162. =P But... if you know about convesions.. 1Km2= (1000)2 (square) m2 You need multiply 1000x1000 or just put it at square, ony if you want m2 and anothers conversions. in this case, one m2 represent: 1.000.000 mm² 10.000 cm² 100 dm² 1 centiárea[1] 0,01 áreas or dam² 0,0001 hectáreas or hm² 0,000001 km² Anyway... You can't fit all humanity in texas. Just imagine 32 thousand of persons living in just one meter. Also Hypnos, your correct in what you say about NY, but we aren't talking about 30 millions of people or 40, we are talking about 7000 millions of people. If you put another 40 millions of people on NY, they gonna need more space because the city is too small for 70 millions of people and then the goverment will take New Jersey, Rhode Island. Like really.... How you can't put 7000 millions of persons in just one state? America have 200 millions of people and is a bit overpopulated. I can believe if you say: "Humanity can fix in all America/canada/russia/Canada/Argentina/Brazil/Argelia/Kazajstan" I mean, A country, not jut a state. Im gonna tell you a history: When i lived in Colombia, one little city named Barranquilla, the goverment of barranquilla had to give houses in other populations because the city overcrowded!

And the whole world will not be able to live in Texas. I guess maybe you can squeeze everyone in there, but they can't all "live" there.
