Today's Topic/Idea
Intros/Trying Outs/Becoming a PE
Ensign Managers and Senate have to pay close attention because you will need to do these procedures in order to let a member join.
-Intro's:
Before given a tryout every player who is interested in joining must put the following questions in there intro:
How long have you been playing Halo?
How active of a player are you?
Do you have xfire?
Do you belong to any other clan(s)?
Do you have CTF experience?
Describe CTF and how to play it
Do you have screen shots or video of yourself ingame?
Why do you want to join QS?
What are your short and long term goals regarding the game?
Someone who posts an intro without answering these questions will automatically be denied. I can careless if they have been in qs before or are a halo trail veteran. We have these requirements for a reason, if someone cannot follow a simple task such as this, then I doubt I’d want them in qs. I mean c mon, all you gotta do is copy and paste to intros and answer them =P. (this is a way to show whether or not they can follow simple yet important rules in a clan)
If they're a known bot/QQer/waller or someone hated in trial, then ensign manager has the right to deny on spot, unless majority senate says otherwise.
-Tryouts
If they can make a intro, then Ensign Manager has the option to consider them for a tryout. (tryouts HAVE to be a 2v2 tryout within the clan) If they are a respected veteran, then i doubt a tryout is needed.
-1 month before wearing [QS] tag
Every member has to be a ensign for at least a month, before considered a Prime Elite. Their tags must be [Qs] in scrims, inclans, and xfire (if they decide to wear tag on xfire). I don’t care if the member is a old ex member, a veteran, or whatever the case, they will have to be in qs for a month before getting a chance to wear PE [QS] tags. Ensign Manager’s or senate must make sure before making a member PE to check how long it has been since they 1st joined. (Note: even if has been a month it is not a guarantee you will automatically become PE, it is all up Ensign Manager or senate whether or not you will need more time or not.) We base the Prime Elite rank on activeness on trial, threads, or both.
These procedures are what i came up with, and it took me a lot of time to make them. These might be legit but i'm free for opinions if you all agree or disagree or have any ideas on correcting some of my procedures.
If they wear incorrect tags, it could jeopardize their membership in qs, so please let them know what tags they need to be wearing! lol
These rules won't be affective til i make it public.
My last change in qs is gonna have to do with a training program for newbies in halo. Which will be posted tomorrow, so please reply to this by today or tomorrow =]
