-Mandatory training if new to halo or new to ctf
Members who join qs that are new to ctf or halo in general, MUST be assigned to a trainer and cannot scrim with the qs tag unless one of the trainers thinks they are ready. If a newbie to halo scrims with the qs tag without informing any trainer, let the senate, me or mike know. Even veteran qs members can be assigned to a trainer if they still want/need more training in ctf.
Who can be a trainer?
One requirement to be a trainer is that the member must be Elite Legend or higher rank. Potential trainers in my opinion are people like mike/zion, soze, ozarka, censor, toasty, metra or any other people that are capable. There’s not limit on how many can be a trainer. It’s all up to them if they want to become one. They are exceptions if a member is lower rank such as a “Veteran Trainer” which could fall in the category of pickle, proxy, itunes, fiasco, kevin, etc (you get the idea) just a example. Again it’s all up to the member themselves, whether they want to train a member or not.
If a member new to halo or ctf refuses to train, or hardly has the time then their membership in qs will questioned by me or senate.
Besides the fact that we won't allow trial scrim teams no more, these are all the changes i plan on making. =] We might lose members but it'll be alot more easier if we had lesser numbers at this point to help us with what we have to work with.
Any opinions on this program, or if it needs more adjustments, let me know.
