Recruiting people and there laws ?!!

So we recruited a new person to QS today apparently who goes by the name " QS renz " xfire ;; Qs] Renz
Clan Nickname:
Nickname: [Qs] Renz
Username: n1trolic
so as i enterd the inclan i asked who he was no answer
then censor was like his the new recruit Hollows got
so i ask him, whats his xfire no answer so tato tells me his xfire
i wanna look at it but its private
so i ask him can you unprivate ur xfire please so we can see when your xfire was created and if you have other clans
his like " NO " and i'm like .. you're an ensign and if you wanna stay in QS you have to show us your profile for check up
don't wanna end up having metra again
so his like NO, i'll just leave then , im fake

So now i ask myself
DO the Person who recruit the person they try out even rlly check on it
cuz in this case that's just bullshit
and i'm irritated by having to go thru bs like ' metra situations "
so please can you guy's discuss the laws around recruiting new ppl in to QS
and tell the person who's job that is
to do it the way it should b !

Ok so your pretty much not trusting my recruit..

Fyi all the recruit that turned out to be metra wasnt my recruits. They were Tonic or Soze.

Your asking this poor little kid to do all these shits while it was his first time ever in our inclan and playing with QS.

You dont think i did all the shit like check profile and stuff before tryouts. I know how to do my job you dont need to do any thing leave my recruits alone.



Dark you pretty much lost us a good decent player who can host as good as Tato. Reason why he quitting isnt because he scared cause he someone like Metra it cause you gave him such a nice welcoming to QS. Who wouldnt quit QS when it their first time ever in our clan inclan server playing with QS and this is what they get all these questions and all that when they already passed the tryout and have been through the checking already. Very nice welcoming for the kid.

Hold the fuck up.. He did not say that. Why are you putting words in people mouth. Just because he cant see this thread so he cant reply and defend himself? Anyone can ask anyone that was there that he did not say that. He was saying he wasnt fake.

i havnt let metra in once.. only time i fucked up was wen soze told me som dude was devo an it was devos old xfire so we let him in after an tryout an it ended up being pimp or kane.. dark i think that wer recruiting fine.. an i think this dudes legit except he may b in some dead ass old clan like sexy.. but i do think he shouldve showed u it at ur request

Like i said who wouldnt get annoyed when they came and played with their clan mates for the first time ever and all they get is someone questioning them. You could of talk to him on xfire which i am pretty sure he would of un private for you if you as nicely instead of coming in inclan and start questioning him and not letting him play.


I dont remember when was his xfire created but his last clan was bp which have died so he tried joining QS.

I am trying to do my job it just you came and question him at the wrong time and wrong place and should of talked to me first before even questioning the poor little kid just wanting to inclan but gets question all game.

Rules of recruit is pretty much saying you guys need to make up rules for me cause idk how to do my job.

Like i said you could of asked me. But you came in inclan and was all like who is this guy and started questioning him. We was in a middle of a game. You could of waited and asked me or him on xfire.

I've considered not allowing private xfire for QS members. It seems to cause too many problems when someone's profile is private. Drives me crazy and I see no need to make a profile private...Unless of course you are hiding something like the 5 other clans you belong too, or you are not who you say you are- and thats exactly what we dont want.

As far as the issue at hand is concerned, both Dark and Hollow have done their jobs correctly. Dark questioned someone's identity who entered the inclan, and Hollow is trusted by me to recruit those he deems appropriate for QS membership. Of course there will be bumps along the road, but no need to fight about it.

I think dark was in the right to be this way, i just think he doesn't have to bite their heads off though lol. Hollow has a point too, sometimes dark is a tad too mean to the new kids lol.

Let's hope this doesn't happen again. Can't we all just get along? =]

Dark was right in the way of checking his profile for his past. He was also wrong in the way of being a bit forcefull with the new member.

Hollow is a good ensign manager and I trust him. A good approach to the situation would to slowly approach him about it. And just say

"Hey I am glad you are interested in joining, our policy states we need to check all new member profiles upon tryouts, can I please look at your profile?"

It's ok we all make mistakes. And I think he will come around again sooner or later.

i did try splash out but that was before he was metra.. if i remember rite the real splash gave metra his info or metra hacked it? Dark i no ur not singling me out.. i was referring to hollow sayin its mine or soze fault.. i agree that u shouldve talked to him over xfire instead of in a inclan but its still a understandable mistake, I feel that at this moment the recruiting process is fine, maybe we should be more careful but thats it, unless it keeps happening then maybe we should consider changing something.
