just a quick piece of info...did you know that if you ban someone's ip address with your firewall (not with halo console) that they will not be able to see you hosting on the server board (internet lobby)
Your server will be invisible to the person(s) that you banned. Also, they will not be able to send you any type of boom, or loop program.
For those seeking a firewall that is simple to use, I would recommend Mcafee (costs money) or Sygate. Comodo is free and works great. With these, you can easily ban IP addresses.
If anyone knows of other Firewalls that can easily ban IP's..please list them here.

Mike...In Mcafee to ban an IP address, do this:
Open security center > click on advanced menu > configure > Internet and network >advanced > on the firewall pane click trusted and banned ips> select banned ip address > add (single ip address or range of ip address) > ok

Banning IP addresses with Comodo Firewall
Path: Open Comodo... Firewall / My blocked network zones / Add / A new blocked address At this point you can choose a single IP, or an entire range, among other options. Click apply when done.
Note: I leave "a new blocked address" open when hosting so I can immediately ban when someone is attempting to boom me.

I want her banned, now. She tried to boom twice too.

Our Ambassador friend would say "She has succumbed to the Dark Side"
*The word of this evil transformation has just begun to spread. *Soon, her only friends, will be those who have chosen the path of the dark and evil. *Her static IP address will be passed around like a hot potato. *Her impact will be minimal now that we have the tools to put a halt to the darkside. *The blocking and banning of her ip address will soon begin. Even if she goes wireless, we have the ability to block her entire range. *She will not see our servers, nor will she even know we are playing. *This will confuse and frustrate her, and her anger will boil within. *Someone she thinks she trusts, will send her a modified .bat file, and disable her computer forever.
She will soon be gone, like many before her.
May the blessings of the Ancients be upon her.
