Keeping up with new people

So yes, we need to start keeping track of all the intros. I know we should be getting a ensign master soon, but until he is actually in here, we need to work together to start getting those new people in here. I personally would do it, but as we all know I can't play Halo. But the best way I see us doing it is by starting an inclan and bring the QS maybes in one at a time till they are all tried out. and once they are, then the person that tried them out would write on their intro if it was a yay or a nay. This would make it a bit more time consuming than just try them out and let them in, but it would let the rest of QS know if the person is in or not. I think that is all, I might of not made any sense at all 0.o

i was actually thinking about having a idea such as this, trying out the ppl who want to try out for qs in inclans. Saves the time and trouble of actually finding a host and a qs member to try out the person. The person can also see if he/she seems comfortable with the clan by the inclans we do have, and lets us know how skilled she/he is and how their attitude adjusts on certian situations in the inclan.

Then i remember not addressing this idea because,
1. we're already gonna have a ensign master/manager (w.e) soon, and he'll be responsible in finding a host and trying out the individual.
2. It's pretty frustrating seeing ppl we don't know in our inclans and always continously asking "who is he?" "tags?" "xfire?"
3. There are ppl who can go in a inclan claiming they made intro and etc, only til later finding out they lied and just wanted to play in the inclan.
4. Inclans were one of the main reasons that intrigues ppl to join qs, them joining a qs inclan could possibly eliminate their curiousity of the clan. Some ppl go through the trouble of making a intro and ect, JUST to get in a inclan.

Just make a "try out server". Maybe right before or after a inclan. If you have more then 1 person wanting to try out bring them all in plus a few QS members and do ctf. QS members love it when they can try someone out - they get a chance to show off lol.
